I felll in love with photography at a very young age, never imagining it would take me around the world, capturing beautiful places and incredible people during a meaningful time in their lives.
I started out as a newspaper photographer, where I learned how to make people feel comfortable and capture genuine, unscripted moments. Later, at the Savannah College of Art & Design, I earned a Master of Fine Arts in Photography—where I fell deeper in love with the craft, its history, and the power of visual storytelling.
Being a wedding photographer, you think on your feet to navigate lighting, weather, tight time frames and spaces, and every kind of personality - and that’s where I thrive. I’m drawn to the way light, space, and atmosphere frame a celebration—and I love the challenge of capturing both the grand and the intimate with equal care. I love being an artist, but I also love being out there in the field, capturing each unique story.
I’ve always loved the tactile nature and timelessness of film—medium format, 35mm, and the quirks of a Holga. My goal is always the same: to create timeless images that hold a sense of place, a sense of ease, and a sense of joy—making you feel something every time you look at them.
